Do not Rent from All Porpose Storage. I did when my daughter was moving. They advertised a price charged my card and add insurance. They told me if I sent in proof of my home owners policy they would refund the insurance. I sent in the proof and it was approved the next day. I rented 4 units the insurance was 12.99 a month they charged me 2 months on each unit and never refunded me any money. I have had my account closed for over 2 months. I have call several time and keep asking for a manager to call me back and they never call. They stole my money over $100 dollars. Don’t ever do business with this company they are not on the up and up. Beware.

Since all purpose storage took over the business in Aug/September of this year, I’ve been having a hard time. When the transition was turned over from Personal Business Storage to APS, I was unable to reach this company (I found out a full month later through reporting All Purpose Storage(APS) to the BBB. Trying to pay my bills, I was tacked on Late fees, ECT of more than $300 because of their own failure to inform already-made renters without any form or type of notice.I have been having to call and fix my bill every month! They do after my calls which is gracios of them.. but mostly they don’t answer, and most certainly don’t call back after leaving many messages on the machine!! Also, in my opinion it is poor business to threaten to have my stuff auctioned off even if I’m 1- 7 days late from my due date and now raising rent fees and unwanted fees since APS took over. I am seeking professional help against APS. I feel bullied and can’t trust what next will happen just to store my extra belongings. I cannot …just horrible!!!
