Apparently I signed the rental agreement but subsequent email asked me to follow a link to sign the agreement. That link failed. I called the 802 number and the gentleman was very helpful. One thing he told me, which I missed in the rental process is that I need to provide my own lock. I will try to put my things into the unit tomorrow, but the phone assistance was exemplary.

I was met with a soothing voice and from a woman who said " I am sorry to hear that. My name is Diana. Let me see how I can make things better.". Diana listened patiently to my story and then proceeded to work with me live on the phone and online to solve my problems. She took me from a month of frustration and anger to a happy place in a pleasant and professional manner. I now get to start the weekend stress free and relaxed. I'm still not sure that I like your website but there is absolutely no question that Diana ROCKS !
